Brian A. Dasinger was born and raised in the small town of Brewton, Alabama where he was the youngest of seven siblings and blessed to have a loving devoted mother and a father who was a Dentist for over 40 years. Brian attended high school at T.R. Miller and lettered in football and golf. After graduating in 1991, he attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery on a golf scholarship. While there, Brian was a four year letterman and was a part of two National Championship Golf teams. “Playing golf prepared me in a specific way for a great career in law. After graduating in 1995 with a degree in history, Brian played professional golf for three years before attending Jones Law School in Montgomery in 1998. “My most memorable law school experiences are the valuable conversations I was able to have with my professors who had a passion for the practice of law and instilled in us the ethics necessary to practice it well. “ ~B. While in law school, Brian clerked for one of the most prestigious and well known law firms in the State of Alabama, Beasley, Allen, Methvin, Portis and Miles, P.C. where he learned a great deal about how to practice client-centered law.
Upon graduating and passing the bar exam in September, 2001, Brian joined the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office, where under the mentor-ship of legendary prosecutor John David Whetstone, he earned his stripes in the courtroom prosecuting every crime imaginable from DUI to Murder. “The prosecutorial lessons I was blessed to experience have given me valuable insight when fighting for my clients. After leaving the D.A.’s office, Brian joined the law firm of Hoiles, Dasinger and Hollon, P.C. in Robertsdale. While there, Brian continued as a part time prosecutor by assisting Frank Hollon and Michael Dasinger as a prosecutor in the Cities of Gulf Shores and Foley. While with Hoiles, Dasinger and Hollon, Brian was able to further his broaden his legal knowledge by learning to practice in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations and criminal defense from well respected Baldwin County Attorneys Sharon Hoiles, Michael Dasinger and Frank Hollon. “Being part of a large firm with many specialties inspired me to plan toward the goal of opening my own doors with the intent of offering a broad spectrum of services for my clients as well.” ~B. Brian branched out to open Brian A. Dasinger, P.C. in January, 2005. First located in Daphne, the law firm relocated to Fairhope in 2009 and serves several Federal, State and Municipal Courtrooms throughout the South Alabama area including clients in Fairhope, Mobile, Brewton, Semmes, Wilmer, Grand Bay Saraland, Creola, Robertsdale, Foley, Bay Minette, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Summerdale, Elberta, Loxley, Mobile County, Baldwin County, and Escambia County. Brian actively participates in 3 Circle Church activities, Kiwanis Club, Rotary Club, and area fundraisers to benefit local clubs and causes in the Baldwin County area including the Boys and Girls Clubs of South Alabama, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the YMCA.
Brian lives in Fairhope with his wife Amanda and their six young children: Jameson, Abby, Grant, Luke, Vivi and Clara Nell. The young family enjoys the beach, sports, arts, and the beautiful city of Fairhope.
